 Join me for an individual or semi-private 60 or 90 minute yoga class!

Here you can have a class tailored to your specific needs. If you’re looking to delve deeper and receive the most out of your yoga practice, this is great. I take into consideration your current fitness, stress level, injuries, and personal goals. Skilled assisting and adjusting from me will help to give you the assurance you need to learn and grow.

A private class is the perfect place to receive one-on-one assistance and attention. Whether you’re looking to modify for an injury, or learn the deeper aspects of yoga, you’ll walk away with a new found confidence and appreciation for your yoga practice.

Fitness Yoga

MOVE, FLOW, SWEAT, STRETCH.

This class combines flow, core work and leg strengthening exercises. The class concludes with stretching, using breathing techniques. 

If you want to commit to getting stronger then this is a good class for you!

Yoga for kids

BREATH, PLAY, PRACTICE, GROW.

These classes bring body and breath awareness, mindfulness and imaginative play to kids in a fun way! A mixture of postures and games will help kids to feel healthier, happier and more present.

90 minute Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga promotes deep rest and relaxation. Many of the postures use props including bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows, cushions and straps to help the body to relax in each pose. Each restorative pose emphasizes complete comfort so that it becomes possible to calm down and feel at peace.

This is one of my favourite ways to practise yoga!

90 minute Hatha Yoga

Postures focussed on body alignment and connection to one’s breath.

Builds strength, fitness and can help to increase flexibility. A wonderful mixture of stretching and relaxing.

Yoga for Skiers

Do you need to get fit for the ski season? If you do, then this class is for you! Using a combination of leg strengthening poses, balance postures and hip openers, this yoga session will help to prepare your body and mind for the long season ahead. It may also help to prevent injury through building body awareness, strength and stretching.

90 minute Vinyasa

A flowing sequence of poses with focus on ones breath and body. Great for fitness and flexibilty!

This is particularly good if you want to feel like you have done some exercise, but also includes a generous amount of relaxation time.
