I am a qualified, registered counsellor and yoga teacher. I trained as a counsellor in 2012 and completed my yoga teacher training in 2017.

I believe in a holistic approach to well-being. This includes psychotherapeutic methods that incorporate the physical body, the brain AND the emotional body and brain. 

About me: 

I live in Austria with my husband, two children and my dog. We live in a small mountain town and my husband runs a ski school.

I am passionate about helping people heal through counselling, psychotherapy and movement. I believe that everyone can find a positive way and start a healing journey with the right help. 

Counselling sessions are strictly confidential and non judgemental. I will provide you with tools to get you started with leading a happier life and help to give you the fundamentals required for a “mental upgrade”. In other words, I can help you on your way to becoming a better, stronger version of yourself. 

I offer counselling therapy for a  range of mental health struggles.

I have experience in therapy for:

ADHD/ ADD

Addiction (Alcohol, drugs, and other damaging behaviours)

Anxiety (including GAD Generalized anxiety disorder)

Eating disorders (Anarexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED)

PTSD/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
